1. Content you may not generate
The following is prohibited in prompts, games, titles, covers and comments.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualised depiction of a real identifiable person.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against a protected group.
- Instructions for weapons, explosives, drugs or malicious software.
- Deceptive impersonation of a real person, brand or public institution.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or another creator's published game.
2. Fair use of generation
Credits pay for real compute. Automating requests, scripting the generation endpoint, sharing one account across a team or reselling generated output as a competing generation service is not allowed.
3. Remix etiquette
Remixing is encouraged, but the original creator must remain credited. Republishing a remix that is functionally identical to the original, or stripping attribution, is treated as abuse.
4. Security
Do not probe, scan or attempt to bypass platform limits, other users' drafts or the payment flow. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected] — we do not pursue good-faith researchers.
5. Reporting
Every published game can be reported. Reports are reviewed by a human, usually within 24 hours, and the reporter is informed of the outcome.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity we may hide the content, remove it, restrict generation on the account or terminate it. Serious violations are reported to the competent authorities. You can appeal any decision by writing to [email protected].
