Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and INSTAWEB LTD (company number 08190195). By creating an account or ordering credits you accept them in full.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. The service

INSTAWEB lets you describe a game in plain English, generates a playable browser mini-game from that description, and lets you modify, publish and remix it. There is no free trial, no demo mode and no automatically renewing subscription — the platform runs entirely on prepaid credits.

2. Accounts

An account is created during checkout. You must provide a real name and a working email address, keep your password confidential (minimum eight characters) and are responsible for everything done through your account.

One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or shared.

3. Credits and pricing

One credit costs 0.10 EUR. Prices in US dollars, British pounds and Polish zloty are converted at the current market rate shown at checkout. The minimum order is 50 credits.

Credits are consumed by services such as generating a game, adding a level, generating art or music, remixing and publishing. Current costs are listed on the pricing page and inside your dashboard.

  • Credits are prepaid and are not a payment instrument or electronic money.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active.
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.

4. Payment and delivery

Bank transfer is the only currently enabled payment method. After ordering, the banking details and the invoice are sent to your email. Your credits and the dashboard functionality are unlocked once the payment reaches our account, normally within one to three business days.

5. Ownership of your games

You own the games you generate and the prompts you write, and you may use them commercially. You grant INSTAWEB a licence to host, display and distribute anything you publish to Discover, and to let other users remix it as described below.

6. Remixing

Publishing a game to Discover allows other users to fork it and transform it with their own prompts. The remixed version credits the original creator permanently. If you do not want your work remixed, keep it as a private draft.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Generating illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content, or abusing the generation system, leads to removal of the content and possibly to termination.

8. Availability

We work to keep the platform online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Generation depends on third-party AI providers and may occasionally be delayed or degraded. Credits consumed by a technically failed generation are refunded to your balance.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and in that case unused credits obtained legitimately are refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

10. Liability and law

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

FAQ

Everything about making games

Short answers to the questions creators ask before their first game.

How does INSTAWEB create a game?

You describe the game in one sentence. The AI picks the mechanics, generates the art, builds the levels and returns a playable browser game in about a minute.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Everything — from the first version to every later change — happens through plain English prompts in the AI Game Builder.

Can I change a game after it is generated?

Yes. Open the playground and ask for anything: add a boss, make it harder, change the art style. Every change becomes a new version you can roll back to.

What is a remix?

A remix forks someone else's published game into your own copy. You add a prompt describing your twist and the AI rebuilds it as a new game credited to the original creator.

Who owns the games I create?

You do. Published games stay under your account, and you decide whether other creators are allowed to remix them.

How do credits work?

Every service is priced in credits and one credit costs 0.10 EUR. Creating a game costs 100 credits, a major AI update or a new level costs 50 credits. The minimum order is 50 credits, credits never expire and playing games is always free.

Where can my friends play my game?

Every published game gets a shareable link that runs directly in the browser, on desktop and mobile, with no install and no account required.

What kinds of games work best?

Short, focused mini-games: platformers, roguelikes, tower defense, racing, puzzles and arcade loops. The clearer your sentence, the better the result.

How long does a generation take?

Most games are playable in about a minute. Bigger prompts with several mechanics can take a little longer while the AI builds the levels and art.

Can I play on mobile?

Yes. Every published game runs in the browser on phones and tablets, and touch controls are added automatically when no keyboard is detected.

What is the minimum credit order?

50 credits. One credit costs 0.10 EUR, credits never expire and you can top up any time from your dashboard.

Which payment methods are supported?

Bank transfer is available today — the bank details are emailed to you right after the order. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are coming soon.

Do you offer free trials or demo accounts?

No. There are no trials or demo accounts. You buy credits at checkout and spend them only on the actions you choose.

Can I roll back a change I don't like?

Yes. Every AI modification creates a version in the playground history, and restoring an earlier version takes one click and costs nothing.

Can other people remix my game without permission?

Only if you allow it. Remixing is a per-game setting, and every remix keeps a visible credit link back to your original.

Can I refund unused credits?

Unused credits can be refunded according to the Refund Policy. Credits already spent on generations or AI updates are consumed and cannot be returned.
